About MORAII

I am the founder of MORAII, with a background in business transformation, organisational change and hands-on programme and project delivery.

Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of people, processes and technology: leading complex transformation programmes, building and scaling teams, redesigning ways of working and turning strategy into execution.

Before founding MORAII, I helped build and scale an international technology consultancy, working with global organisations on process intelligence, automation and AI-driven transformation. My roles spanned change and programme management, hands-on project delivery, innovation, organisational development and executive leadership.

That combination shapes MORAII. We connect AI strategy and work redesign with solutions, change management and practical governance. This helps organisations put new ways of working into practice and continue developing them.

The goal is to build a better organisation with AI: clearer processes, people equipped to work with it and control over delivery.

Maja helps organisations turn complex challenges into practical, AI-driven solutions. With a background in computational social science, data science and human–computer interaction, she combines technical depth with a clear focus on how people actually use technology.

She has delivered AI and data solutions for European institutions and enterprise clients, with tools in active use across multiple countries. Her focus is on building AI that is genuinely useful: practical, reliable and designed around the people who use it, with data protection and compliance built in from the start.

She identifies where AI can create measurable value, shapes a realistic roadmap, and takes the solution from concept to production, covering data, models, interfaces and integration. Every solution is delivered secure, compliant and well documented, so teams can rely on it and maintain it with confidence.
